Italia Gourmet Food partners with FedEx to provide our customers fast, and affordable delivery of their favorite gourmet foods products to any location within the United States. Shipping costs and time tables are automatically calculated when you pass your order.

Shipping Limitations
We do not currently have the capability of shipping to PO Boxes addresses. Also, we do not ship to any countries outside the United States or Canada.

Incorrect Address
Please take the time to check the accuracy of the address of the recipient before submitting your online order. In the case of an incorrect address, we will not be able to ensure the delivery of the order. If it is found that the address is incorrect, then the customer will take full responsibility for the cost of re-shipping a package that was sent to an invalid address.

Italia Gourmet Food uses a competitive pricing structure based on the total weight and size of a package. To offer you the best price we connect directly to the FedEx servers at the time of checkout to ensure that your shipping fees are accurate. We believe that by offering this up-to-the-minute accurate shipping charge you only pay for the distance and weight that is related to your product.

Shipment of Perishables
Italia Gourmet doest ships perishable products to any location in the united States. But, our items that we offer are vacuum-sealed and kept at optimum storage conditions at our temperature controlled warehouse. To guarantee the best product quality meat items are shipped in insulated box containing ice. We use FedEx 2Day method. Shipments are processed from Monday to Thursday. And, shipping cost varies based on weight and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost during the check out process.

Daily Shipping Cut-offs
Italia-Gourmet strives to provide quick and efficient delivery to every consumer that is why we follow a same-day shipping cutoff of 2 PM Pacific Time. For example, an order made at 1:55 PM Pacific Time on Monday will be shipped on Monday, while an order made at 3:25 PM on the same day would be shipped the following business day. Tuesday. This time may change based on high volume days or by product availability. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business day, Monday.

Wine Shipping Information
There are many laws and regulations regarding the shipment of wine across the United States, including the law that requires an adult signature to receive a package (many customers ship to their work address to ensure an adult is available to sign). Both you and the recipient must be 21 or older to purchase and receive Alcoholic Beverages. We currently do not ship wine in the United States. But, we are working to expand our business selling wine as state laws allow!
