We offer a "Total Satisfaction Returns and Refunds policy" for all gourmet food products that you purchase from Italia Gourmet online.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Italia-Gourmet.com WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A REPLACEMNENT OF YOUR PRODUCT OR FULL REFUND.
This policy applies for all undiscounted products except alcoholic beverages, and perishable products. However, we will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
