Although we carefully inspect each product, and manage packaging there is a possibility of damage while in transit to your home.

If it happens that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Italia Gourmet within 15 days of delivery for a REPLACEMENT of your product or FULL REFUND.
